  • For customised products: 

    You can return decorated items that are faulty, damaged or were incorrectly supplied. Once the items have been embroidered or printed, it is not possible to cancel the order.

    For plain (non-customised) products: 

    We will gladly exchange unused items, or refund the amount you paid for the item. You may return the items that are unsatisfactory within 30 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), providing the item(s) are unused and in their original packaging.

  • The printing methods available will depend on the material of your chosen garment and the intricacy of your logo.

  • Vector files are resolution independent graphic files, which means they can be enlarged to any size without any loss of quality.

  • Recommended is Adobe Illustrator (Ai), although several graphic packages work with vector graphics, including Corel Draw and Inkscape. 

    If you require any design assistance, contact our design team at [email protected] and a member of our team will get back to you within in 24 hours.

  • Preferred file types of artwork are ‘vector’ graphics, as these files can be enlarged to any size without any loss of quality.
