Our team are busy working to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible.

Our primary courier is DPD parcel delivery service, so you can have peace of mind from their comprehensive tracking service available with all orders. 

You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been despatched.

Please allow up to 5 working days for our standard delivery service. This applies to Plain orders only, for Customised orders we will provide your personalised garments between 5 - 10 days

Our returns process

Firstly, thank you for placing an order with Workwear Pro Direct.

We are grateful you put your trust in us and we promise to do everything we can to deliver an amazing product and service. 

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the products we supply. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we will endeavour to do all we can to make things right and these are the steps you need to follow.

Returning customised items

For customised/embroidered or printed items: You can return decorated items that are faulty, damaged or were incorrectly supplied.  Once the items have been embroidered or printed it is not possible to cancel the order.

For plain (non-customised) items: We will gladly exchange unused items, or refund the amount you paid for the item. You may return the items that are unsatisfactory within 30 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), providing the item(s) are unused and in their original packaging.

If you want to return a used item: If a product has been used we encourage you to call our customer service team either by phone on 0800 023 9290 or email [email protected] before returning the used item so we can provide you with the best service.

How do I return damaged/faulty items?

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details of the product(s) you would like to return. If applicable, we will quickly respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

Step 1  Email [email protected] or call at 0800 023 9290 to initiate your returns request.

Step 2  Within 24 hours (Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm) you will receive a courier label along with your returns authorisation form to complete and return. If you do not receive a returns note within 24 hours, then please contact our returns department (if your return was placed after 6pm on a Friday we will respond by 6pm on the following Monday).

Step 3  Once authorised, package the item(s) securely, enclosing the completed ‘returns authorisation form’ print the courier label and attach the label to the outside of the package.

Step 4  You will receive a notification that a courier will collect your package on a particular day.

Step 5  On the morning of the day in question you will receive a notification of the 1-hour time slot for collection.

How do I return unwanted goods?

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details of the product(s) you would like to return. If applicable, we will quickly respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

Step 1  Email [email protected] or call at 0800 023 9290 to initiate your returns request.

Step 2  Within 24 hours (Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm) you will receive a courier label along with your returns authorisation form to complete and return. If you do not receive a returns note within 24 hours then please contact our returns department (if your return was placed after 6pm on a Friday we will respond by 6pm on the following Monday).

Step 3  Once authorised, package the item(s) securely, enclosing the completed ‘returns authorisation form’ print the return address label and attach the label to the outside of the package then use your preferred postal method to send the item(s) to us. We recommend all returns packages are tracked. 

Step 4  You will receive an email notification when your package has been received and your credit is in process.
